Project scope
The unfinished basement needed complete plumbing rough-in for a new bathroom, wet bar, and laundry connections.
Work completed:

- Sump pump installation
- Floor drain configuration
Approach
Because the basement was below the main sewer line, we installed an ejector pump system for the bathroom fixtures. All rough-in was completed before framing, with fixture installation after finishes.

- Laundry supply and drain
- Sump pump with battery backup
